Inside Opera Grand
Opera Grand was developed by Emaar, designed by DP Architects and finished in 2021. It is 288 metres tall. Emaar describes a curving façade, floor-to-ceiling windows and balconies looking towards Burj Khalifa and The Dubai Fountain. Emaar sells 1- to 5-bedroom apartments in the tower and 5-bedroom townhouses on the podium levels. These are the residents’ facilities Emaar lists.

Opera Grand stands on Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Boulevard in the Opera District, on the south-west side of Downtown Dubai. Its nearest landmark is Dubai Opera.

Straight-line distances from the building’s position on OpenStreetMap. Walking routes are longer because of road crossings, so allow extra time. Emaar doesn’t publish walking times, and the times other websites give don’t agree.

Is Opera Grand a hotel?

Do you have apartments inside Opera Grand?

Who developed Opera Grand, and when was it completed?
Emaar Properties developed it. The design is credited to DP Architects, and the main building contract went to Consolidated Contractors Company in July 2016. The tower was completed in 2021 and is 288 metres tall.
How many floors does Opera Grand have?
Sources disagree. Emaar’s current project page says 70 storeys and its launch brochure says 66. Propsearch counts 68 storeys plus 4 basement levels, and Bayut and Wikipedia say 71. The building guide sets out each figure and its source.
What sizes are the apartments in Opera Grand?
Emaar’s current floor plans show 1-bedroom layouts of 707–731 sq ft with no balcony. Its 2-bedroom layouts run from about 1,360 to 1,720 sq ft including balcony, 3-bedrooms from about 2,040 to 2,700 sq ft, and 4-bedrooms from about 3,030 to 3,060 sq ft. How close is Opera Grand to Dubai Opera and Burj Khalifa?
In a straight line, Dubai Opera is about 250 m away, The Dubai Fountain about 450 m, Burj Khalifa about 500 m and the centre of The Dubai Mall about 900 m. Walking routes are longer than that.
